As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will be a focal point to lead the sales of our cloud-based products. Your day to day work will not be mundane. Find new leads, meet new clients, and celebrate your successful conversions as a team. All this whilst digitalising and extracting more value for an entire industry. Your work will matter.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Drive sales of our cloud-based products by proactively calling prospects and building relationships by understanding their business and challenges
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet assigned sales quotas and metrics
- Educate prospective customers on the opportunities and benefits of our solution
- Engage existing customers to continuously learn what their business needs and propose solutions to the Marketing, Tech, and Operations teams
- Other ad hoc assignments as required
Experience and Soft Skills:
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses learning agility to sell a rapidly improving product
- Strong organisation and time management skills to prioritise and accomplish multiple tasks and assignments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Must be proficient in English, additional proficiency in Mandarin, Hokkien and/or Cantonese is a plus
- (Preferred) Working experience in B2B cloud-based/SaaS product sales using HubSpot
- (Bonus) Experience in the logistics and/or built environment sector
Your Qualifications are:
- Minimum Diploma in Communications, Marketing or a related field; or
- A combination of related experience and education
